How to Care for Your Products

Every Lisa Rose by Design piece is made by hand, making each one truly unique. Our materials—denim, leather, nylon, and embroidery—are durable, but they belong more to the world of fashion than heavy-duty utility. They’re made to endure everyday life with your dog, but not extreme, rugged adventures (think: a Tough Mudder course). With a little care, your accessories will look beautiful for years to come.

Denim

Our denim is pre-washed, though a touch of color transfer may occur, especially against light fabrics. To clean, spot treat with a mild soap and a soft, damp cloth, then blot dry.
Do not soak, machine wash, or machine dry.

Leather

Leather is a natural material, so slight variations in tone, markings, or subtle scratches are to be expected—they’re part of its character. Colors may vary slightly from piece to piece. To clean, gently spot treat with a mild soap and soft cloth. Keep away from prolonged moisture.

Nylon

Nylon is sturdy and easy to maintain. For stains, use a mild soap with a soft cloth and gently dab until clean.

Embroidery

Embroidery is crafted from delicate threads. Avoid rubbing against rough or abrasive surfaces to prevent snags and pulls.

General Care

• Keep all products away from prolonged exposure to extreme weather whenever possible.

• If soiled, blot with a clean towel and mild soap or detergent. Lay flat to dry before next use.

• Be mindful of contact with perfume, hand sanitizer, lotions, and oils, as they may discolor materials.
