Frequently asked questions

What material do you use?

Our harness and collar lines use a mix of genuine leather and heavyweight cotton denim, with details called out on every product page. Each piece is handmade in our Los Angeles workshop in small batches.

Where are your products made?

Every piece is handmade by hand in a workshop in Los Angeles, in small quantities. Because materials are sourced in limited runs, colors and patterns retire once they sell out and are replaced with new designs.

Do you offer custom sizing or personalization?

Yes. Reach out through our Custom Orders page and we will help you find the right fit or discuss a personalized piece.

How much do you charge for shipping?

Free shipping is included on US orders over $200. For orders below $200, shipping is determined by the carrier at checkout.

How long does shipping take?

Orders ship from Los Angeles. See our Shipping Policy page for current timelines.

What is your return policy?

We are happy to accept returns within 14 days of purchase on eligible purchases. Please see more information on our Returns page.
