Refund policy
We want you to be happy with your LISA ROSE by Design purchase and stand by the quality of our product. Each product is handmade which sometimes results in slight colors and measurements differences However, we understand that sometimes things don’t work out and are happy to accept returns within 14 days of purchase with the following terms:
- All returned goods must be in it's original condition; unworn, unwashed with all tags attached.
- Discounted items may be returned for exchange or store credit only.
- Final Sale & Custom-made items are considered final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Refunds within 14 days will be issued in the original form of payment for the cost of the product plus taxes. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Shipping charges are not refundable.
- If the item was a gift, we will issue store credit for the return. Please note gift cards cannot be returned and are non-transferable.
After 14 days of purchase, we reserve the right to accept returned undamaged, unworn, unwashed merchandise for exchange or store credit.
To start the return process send an email to lisarosebydesign@gmail.com with a brief explanation of your return/exchange. Please include the order number and merchandise style number your the email. Ship the package with merchandise securely sealed to the address below. Please write the order number on the outside of the package.

Returns must be sent prepaid, via a trackable carrier. LISA ROSE by Design is not responsible for return shipping costs, international duties and taxes, shipping loss, or damage of returned goods. Please allow up to three weeks for us to receive your return and process your request. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment for the cost of the product plus taxes. Shipping charges are not refundable. If the item was a gift, we will issue store credit for the return. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Warranty:
We stand behind our work. If your purchase breaks or becomes damaged due to a defect, we are happy to replace it or offer a store credit. If your piece becomes damaged through normal wear & tear use, we are unable to take this item back.

While we don't offer direct exchanges, you can return any new, unused item for a refund and place an order for the new item that you would like instead. Please follow the steps listed under returns and then log back onto our website to purchase items under a new transaction.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
